2. No cash back is payable if your property does not sell or let with Kelway Law
3. In the event of any dispute, the directors of Kelway Laws decision will be final
4. £200 cash back will only be paid once our sales fee has been settled in full
5. The offers only apply if your application has been received through our website www.kelwaylaw.com and that this is verified by Kelway Law. If we are unable to verify this for any reason, no cashback will be paid and you will not be eligible for our 0% lettings fee offer
6. The £200 cash back and 0% lettings fees offers cannot be combined with any other Kelway Law offer or discount
